Switching Portals in Family Access
Parents/Guardians have access to two portals in Q, Family Access and New Student Enrollment Portal. Parents/Guardians will find all of their current student information in the Family Access portal and will only use the New Student Enrollment (NSE) portal when they need to enroll a new student into the district.
If a parent/guardian navigates to the NSE portal, they will need to switch back to the Family Access portal.

Getting to Know Q Family Access
Dashboard Tiles: When first logging in you are brought to the Family Access dashboard. The dashboard consists of tiles which house information for your child. To access the information, simply click on a tile.
Student Selector: The top left of the screen will display all of your children enrolled in D107. If you have multiple students enrolled in D107 you will see them listed here. You can update the dashboard tiles to view only the tiles for a specific student by clicking on their name. To switch back to very all of your students tiles, click View All
Home Button: Click the home button to return to your main dashboard from anywhere in the system. Click the dropdown arrow next to the home button to swicth between Family Access and New Student Enrollment portals.
Favorites: To the left of the home button is the Favorites icon. Using the favorites icon you can save areas you visit most for quick access.
Pancake: To the left of the favorites icon is the Pancake button. Clicking on the pancake button opens the side navigation screen and displays the tiles in another view. You can click on the modules listed here to get to your childs information as well.
Account Options: The top right of the screen consists of various icons which allow you to update your account settings, view your messages, and access the help center articles.

Returning Student Registration Walk Through
New Student Registration
New Student Registration: New families will need to bring residency documents and the child’s orginal birth certificates to the District Office to begin the new student registration process.
Once residency is verified at the district, the primary guardian will receive an email with a link to setup their account to the New Student Enrollment Portal. Families will log in from a browser (cannot use the Skyward Mobile App) and click on the green New Student Registration tile to begin.

Existing families will complete the Online Registration in Skyward Family Access. Registration must be completed in the web browser (Not available in the Mobile App).
Parents and guardians can register a new student online through the New Student Enrollment Portal. New families to the district will submit residency documents and child's original birth certificate to the District Office. After residency is verified at District Office, the primary guardian will receive an link to complete the online registration. Existing families enrolling a new student will navigate to the New Student Enrollment portal in Family Access and submit the online registration. Registration must be completed in the web browser (Not available in the Mobile App).
Parents and guardians can update family contact information such as phone and email in Skyward Family Access.
Parents and guardians can view and print schedule information for the current year in Skyward Family Access. You can see your child's classes and teachers. Schedules are released a few days prior to the start of the school year.
Parents and guardians can view attendance information for the current year in Skyward Family Access. The current year attendance information displays each absence or tardy by date and class period.
Middle School parents can submit absence requests in Skyward Family Access.
Parents and guardians can pay for fees in Skyward Family Access. Payments are made through our third party vendor, Revtrack.
Optional fees can be added to your child or children within Skyward Family Access. This enables you to attach miscellaneous items that you may want your child to have, such as a yearbook or a gym uniform.
Parents and guardians can add money to their child or children's food service account. Payments are made through the third party vendor, Revtrack.
Parents and guardians can set up their students food service account to auto replenish a designated dollar amount when it reaches a specific minimum balance. This process will be completed in Revtrack, our online payment vendor.
Online food service applications provide families a way to quickly and efficiently provide details regarding your children's food service eligibility. This online application cuts down on your time spent picking up and filling out a paper copy by providing you with an online option you can complete at home.
Parents and guardians can view bus route information in Skyward Family Access. Bus route information is updated a few weeks before the start of school.
Report cards are posted under the portfolio tile. The portfolio area enables you to view your child or children's portfolio attachments. You can see a list of your child or children's attachments such as fee statements, report cards, attendance/discipline letters, or food service application letters.
Elementary School parents can view assignments and grade information in Skyward Family Access. Middle School parents will view assignment and grade information in Schoology.
Parents and guardians can schedule a parent teacher conference in Skyward Family Access. The conference tile will not be visible all year long. Conference sign up will open a few weeks before conferences and will display then.
In July 2025, Pleasdantdale 107 transitioned to a new version of Skyward, Skyward Qmlative.
All exisiting families will use the same username and password to login to the new platform, Q.
New families will recieve a link to create an account after proving residency at the district office.
From within Family Access, click your Name in the top right, then click Change password.
Yes! The Skyward Mobile App can be downloaded from the App Store (iPhone/iOS) or Google Play (Andriod) for free. If switching from SMS to Q, users will need to remove Pleasantdale and readd it upon first login. ??? CHECK THIS!

If you are not able to see all of your children who attend Pleasantdale from within Family Access, please contact the school.
No. Family access is password protected and uses SSL. Your child’s information is only available to authorized parents or guardians that are associated with your student’s records in our administrative system. Please safeguard your login to ensure that you are the only person using the login.
Yes. Registration fees, optional fees and hot lunch payments can be made via Family Access. Just login and click the Fees & Fee Payments or Food Service tiles on the dashboard to view statements, make payments and add money to the hot lunch account.
