The School System

The Pleasantdale District is served by two schools:

Pleasantdale Elementary

8100 School Street
LaGrange, IL 60525
708-246-4700
Grades PreK through 4

Pleasantdale Middle

7450 S. Wolf Road
Burr Ridge, IL 60527
708-246-3210
Grades 5 through 8

Renovation and expansion projects at both schools have resulted in modern, state of the art facilities. Pleasantdale's commitment to high quality, comprehensive education for all its students began long ago in 1861, when a one-room schoolhouse served the community. Through the years, an experienced staff, dynamic Board of Education, and supportive parents have worked together to provide a high-quality academic environment for the community's children. A well-rounded curriculum teaches traditional skills as well as those that will meet the changing needs of the 21st century.
