2012-2013 Special Lunch Info

The PTA will provide a Special Lunch service at the Elementary and Middle school in October and again in April.

For those who are new to Pleasantdale, the PTA Special Lunch is a day where lunch is provided by McDonalds or Dinos for $3.00.

On these days, there will not be any hot lunch service.  Therefore if you do not purchase the special lunch for that day, please provide a lunch from home for your child.  

Here you will find the order form for the PTA Special Lunch.  Please use one form per child and indicate Elementary or Middle School.  You may also pick up additional forms in the office.


 

Please return the Order Form by Friday October 5th!
