Looking for 2010-2011 Kindergarten Information?
Children must be five years of age on or before September 1, 2010 to be eligible for kindergarten. Kindergarten options available to parents are:
1. Half-day morning session
2. Half-day afternoon session
3. Half-day morning session and fee-based extended afternoon session
The extended day afternoon session is fee based. Students attend the entire day if they attend the half-day morning session and extended day afternoon session. The annual fee for the extended afternoon session is $3250. Tuition is billed twice per year. A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a spot in the extended day program. The deposit is applied to the tuition. The first installment of $1,475 is due June 1, 2010. The second installment of $1,475 is billed in November.

Please fill out the “New Student” forms above, the appropriate health forms below, and submit with them along with the proper documentation needed for residency. Please bring your child’s original certified birth certificate and original proofs of residency as detailed on the enrollment form. Every student who is new to our school needs to prove residency even if a sibling is already attending our school. If you have any questions regarding this process, please call the school.

Every year we receive a large number of physical exam forms that are incomplete. In order to help you complete this form successfully, we have created a sample.
Please make copies of all your completed forms for your records!
