Children must be five years of age on or before September 1, 2013 to be eligible for kindergarten this coming fall.  Kindergarten options available to parents are:

1.    Half day

2.    Extended day

The extended day program is tuition based, $3413 for the year.  Payment is divided by each semester.  To secure a spot in this program, we will need a $300 deposit.  The remaining amount of $1,556.50 will be due by May 17, 2013, and a bill will be sent in November for the second semester payment of $1,556.50.  If you have any questions regarding the tuition, please contact Teri Makutenas at 708-784-2173

Are you new to the district?

Please fill out the “New Student” forms above, the appropriate health forms below, and submit with them along with the proper documentation needed for residency.  Please bring your child’s original certified birth certificate and original proofs of residency as detailed on the enrollment form.  Every student who is new to our school needs to prove residency even if a sibling is already attending our school. If you have any questions regarding this process, please call the school!

Important Notes:

• residency MUST be confirmed FIRST before registration can be processed!
• you may also need additional health forms, school supplies lists, or the middle school PE order form
